Kaitlin was born and raised in Loudoun County, where her passion for horses was nurtured from a young age. A Roanoke College graduate with a degree in Creative Writing, Kaitlin has honed her client management skills over six years working with federal contractors and writing proposals for multimillion-dollar IT projects. Outside of real estate, Kaitlin enjoys practicing yoga, hunting for the best thrift shops, learning new skills, and organizing girls' nights out. She treasures her time with her two beloved pets—Archie the cat and Stella the black lab—as well as her college sweetheart and fiancé, Caleb.
