Colleen and Eryn are the best. They were so helpful in so many ways. They sold our house within a week. They were professional in every sense and with patience you would not believe. They assisted with trying to find a rental, actually went above and beyond.

Eryn Appell did an exceptional job listing and selling our Broadlands home fast! Our home was listed on August 12th, we had a contract in less than two weeks, and we went to closing on September 23rd. Eryn’s ability to listen and action are exceptional! She handled all of the negotiations fairly, quickly and efficiently. And, she is a delight to do business with.

Colleen helped me out during a difficult time as I needed to find a house rental. She listened to what I was looking for, was straight forward with what options I could expect within my budget and put a huge effort in to try to find something that worked. She joined me on several adventures touring several different rentals and ultimately found the perfect place for me. I would not be living where I am in a place that fits my life without her.
