Colleen has been an annual winner of the top producer sales award from her local Real Estate Agent Association, has been voted Loudoun’s favorite Real Estate Agent by Loudoun Now, and holds many record-breaking sales for properties in Loudoun County. In 2018, Colleen listed and sold the iconic Villa on Paris Mountain which had been listed for sale continuously for 12 years prior by other agents. In 2019, Colleen represented the buyers of the iconic 130-acre Boulder Crest Estate -, negotiating a steep discount for her clients. In 2020, Colleen with her partner Eryn Appell listed and sold the 130-acre Aldon Farm in Lovettsville, Virginia to a buyer that successfully put the entire acreage into a permanent conservation easement. Colleen has a passion and track record for successfully selling large parcels of land in Loudoun County to conservation buyers to protect open space in her beloved community for all future generations. A graduate of the College of William and Mary, Colleen holds an additional degree from Paul Valery University in Montpelier, France, and taught English in Tokyo, Japan, during the late 1990s.
Prior to her career in real estate, Colleen worked in sales, marketing, and management for Dean & DeLuca in Washington, D.C. . Colleen currently resides in Western Loudoun County with her family and 2 rescue dogs. In her free time, she plays tennis, and loves learning new local history - and her greatest joy in life comes from spending time with her three children: Finn, Declan, Britta, and her husband, Jason. Colleen will forever be grateful to the generosity, support, and love of the many friends and strangers in her community who helped her children and herself during several challenging years - and for her, there will never be a better place to call home than Loudoun.
