Lucy Roberts Campbell joined the Local Group in January of 2022 as the in-house designer and director of staging. After countless successful staging installations, and at the encouragement of Colleen Brownell and Eryn Appell, Lucy decided to expand her role and successfully completed all coursework and passed the Virginia salesperson exam to become a licensed Virginia real estate agent in 2023. Lucy continues to design and direct all staging projects for The Local Group and is excited to grow her presence as a real estate agent in the Leesburg area as part of The Local Group.
As a longtime Loudoun native (12th generation to be exact!) and home designer, Lucy is excited to combine her love for her hometown with her background in design. For many years Lucy worked for a large furniture company designing beautiful homes which later transitioned into work in home staging. Bringing homes to their full potential is one of Lucy's true passions.
When she walks into a room, she immediately imagines how the space should be set up. Her goal is to help clients who are selling present their home in the best possible way. Her love for real estate first blossomed while living in Richmond after college. Lucy's grandmother was a well known Realtor in Richmond and would talk all things real estate over long dinners with Lucy. For as long as she can remember, she has been helping friends and family with with any home design needs and even connecting them with homes that were going on the market.
When she is not staging homes, you can find Lucy spending time with her husband and children. She is proud to live in the thriving Historic Downtown Leesburg community and enjoys helping clients both new to the area and also those simply looking for a home to better fit their needs.
